When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may arrive separately when they are fulfilled from different locations.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other destination charges may apply unless checkout states otherwise. These charges are determined by local authorities.
Carrier delays
Carrier, customs, weather and other transportation delays can happen after an order leaves fulfillment. We will provide available tracking information so you can follow the shipment.
