These Terms of Service govern your use of the AURÉLIQ website and purchases made through the store.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products through it.

1. About AURÉLIQ

AURÉLIQ is an online retail store offering curated home and lifestyle products.

Our ecommerce store is operated using Shopify.

2. Eligibility and Accurate Information

When placing an order, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete.

You must be legally capable of entering into the transaction or have any authorization required under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials associated with the store, where customer accounts are available.

3. Products and Product Information

We aim to describe and display products as accurately as reasonably possible.

However:

  • Screen settings may affect how colours appear;
  • Packaging may change;
  • Minor manufacturing variations may occur;
  • Product dimensions may have reasonable measurement tolerances; and
  • Product photos may include props or surroundings that are not included unless expressly stated.

The product title, description, variant selection, quantity, and information presented at checkout should be reviewed before purchase.

If a product materially differs from what was represented, please contact us so we can address the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store or checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be calculated separately where permitted and will be disclosed as required before completion of the transaction.

We do not intentionally advertise an unattainable price and then add undisclosed mandatory non-government charges.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not retroactively alter the agreed product price for an already completed order except where legally permitted in cases such as an obvious pricing error and handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we are able to fulfill it.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured and no valid alternative arrangement is agreed upon, the affected amount will be refunded.

Payment processing may be subject to additional terms imposed by Shopify or the payment provider.

We reserve the right to use reasonable fraud-prevention and verification measures.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by the AURÉLIQ Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly described as guaranteed.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, damaged items, order issues, and refunds are governed by the AURÉLIQ Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to additional terms communicated with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • A promotion may have an expiry date;
  • Certain products may be excluded;
  • Promotions may not be combinable; and
  • A code may be limited to one use per customer or order.

We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, or a material technical error where permitted by law.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to:

  • Interfere with website security or functionality;
  • Introduce malicious software;

Unless otherwise indicated, the AURÉLIQ name, branding, website design, original written content, graphics, and other original store materials are owned by or licensed to AURÉLIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, republish, or distribute protected AURÉLIQ materials without authorization except as permitted by law.

Third-party product names, trademarks, photographs, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

If the store allows you to submit reviews, feedback, photos, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You must not knowingly submit:

Do not use a product in a way that is unsafe or contrary to manufacturer instructions.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, third-party services, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

This provision does not apply in a way that would remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

The updated version will apply prospectively from the date it is posted, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes will not normally alter contractual rights relating to an order that was already completed before the revised Terms took effect.

22. No Waiver of Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or rights available under the laws that apply to them.
